First doctor's appointment for a checkup in a long time went well. Blood pressure was a little elevated 130/90 but pulse was at 58 and height and weight was where I expected them to be. Had a good Monday on the calorie intake as well. It seems the guilt of each weekend, really makes me focus on not overeating or snacking on Monday-Friday. If I can avoid T.G.I. Friday's this week, I should have no problem keeping under 1,500 calories a day for the remainder of the week.
