Had a very good workout this morning. I was able to keep up a 7 minute mile on my elliptical machine for 49 minute, hence...7 miles! THAT was the best money I ever spent! I love the outdoors and walking, but with Icy roads and wind that cuts like a knife, I am more motivated to workout on my machine!

I ate potato chips last night but I did not beat myself up over it...it was only a small handful...but it did put me over my daily limit for calories...I did record it and am accountable. They really were not that good!

Going to spend the day starting some seeds and spend some time in the greenhouse. If it warms up, I may do a little yard clean-up.
