I can't stop feeling hungry today...

Have I bitten off more than I can chew? It's not that I'm losing faith in myself, it's just that I can't help but wondering if I'm dieting correctly. I feel like I've been in a constant state of hunger for 3 weeks now. ): I've tried increasing my calories and still nothing. I'm thinking of seeing my doctor to make sure that I'm not heading into starvation mode or anything. :P

I have been here before. I do notice this time around for me, that the more protein i eat the less i feel hungry i feel. good luck with everything

I was there two Saturday's ago. I was so disappointed when I got on the scale that I went into a 24 hour depression. I stayed true to my goals and did not binge. It is so discouraging when the scale does not appreciate your efforts. It will pass. Hang in buddy you will get through this.

Thanks so much you two. I'm feeling a bit better today. I'm going to try boosting my protein and fiber to see if that helps. I know in my heart that this lifestyle change (or as my roomie calls it, lifestyle battle :P) will be very much worth it in the end. I'm not giving up now. :)

It should start to level out around three weeks into it, though you'll probably still have some days where you just feel famished! I would suggest the same thing zeikiya did.. upping your protein should help you out.. :) fiber is also a good idea. I like the fiber one bars, not sure if you can have those with your particular plan!
