I am spinning out of control...what the heck! I put a picture of myself on vacation in Florida last year on the fridge. So far today it made me stay away from that piece of chocolate cake! I want to loose 13 lbs by golly! I think I have forgotten the resolve and dedication it took last year. I really don't want to go back so the only way is to go forward. Okay self have confidence...love thyself enough to be healthy!
