My weight this morning was 54.7kg my highest weight in weeks. I haven't been eating too poorly at all though but looking back I have had alot more sodium in my diet so I will be keeping an eye on that over the next few days and see if I can shed some water weight.
On top of that I saw my doctor today and she sent me for further tests because of missing TOM to rule out things. She also said I have bloating and probably some water retention because of it!
Goals continue to be to use the abcircle pro daily for 15min.
Replace normal bread with cruskits and rye pumpernickel,
keep my sodium intake low,
Eat around 1600cal,
Eat pineapple(and other fruits) instead of sweets.
Eat breakfast(less hungry throughout the day).

It definitely looks like it's either water retention or bowel contents. Don't worry too much. Don't drink less water though because that will slow your metabolism and it may backfire. Light and long exercise works just as well as short intense exercise. I'm sure all those changes you've made will soon reflect in more significant weight being lost. It has to be a matter of time. I think that, if you keep doing what you're doing and wait a few more days, that your weight will go down. You have been eating around 1600 calories for some time now?

Oh and don't worry about those tests! The doctor is probably just playing safe!

Yes for a while now with a few days of 1900 and then around 1300 so not that consistently really. What really annoys me is that I was at 51.8kg 2 weeks ago and with only a few "slip up" days seem to have gained everything back!

Your weight seems to be fluctuating a lot. It may not be fat. Try perhaps focusing more on measuring your waist because, sometimes our weight goes up like a full kg (and this may last several days) all the while our waist is exactly the same. If that is the case, then you're really doing great and you will probably lose weight in a few days. Just to play safe, keep on exercising consistently (even if lightly) and always keep track of your calories. If you notice this is really a trend or that even your waist is growing larger, that means you will need to either lower your RDI, or to exercise, not more intensely but, for a longer time each day even if lightly. Whatever you do though, don't worry! :) This is all under your control as much as it seems otherwise. It seems to be out of our control when we get these results but with a little shift in either one of those two parameters and things quickly start to change! Don't forget to drink water because it won't change your level of water retention but it will boost your metabolism. Not to mention that water also takes part of your hunger away. One of the things I've been doing previously to this weight loss was, not only exercising consistently but also drinking double the water (I usually only drink 500 mL in the morning and forget about it for the rest of the day) :)

1900 and 1300 average 1600 so if you're balancing those two RDI evenly, supposedly, you should be getting the equivalent to a constant 1600 calorie RDI but I'm not sure :P
