still coming down. i have my appetite back a little better everyday,but i have not eaten supper since sat.night. i feel better in the mornings now,but i don't know if it's because i'm actually getting better or if it's the skipping supper that's doing it. i am being careful though not to starve myself by just eating when i am most definitely hungry since i was so sick. hope it continues going down, and i'm not setting myself up for a gain in the coming weeks.
