Getting ready to head back home after the wrestling weekend. I have learned stress and anxiety contribute significantly to my beliefs in what I can or cannot accomplish. I have learned that when I feel like giving up I feel like giving everything up. I have learned that I am a lousy excuse maker and tend to place blame on my circumstances as well as feel helpless instead of figuring out what I CAN do. I have learned I do not focus on my belief in God enough and need to spend more time developing my spiritual life and strength. I have learned that my husband is supportive and I need to include him in on my thoughts, goals and accomplishments so he can continue to be my biggest fan. Finally I have learned that I am not yet ready to take this lifestyle on the road. I need more time to develop good habits. I need to increase my committment level to my health.
