I'm having a bit of a crappy week. I chose to switch my rest day from Wednesday to Monday so that i could catch up on all of the house work that didnt get done over the weekend. I cannot stand a messy house, it had to be done. So yesterday i went to the gym, hopped on my treadmill ready to do my running and right as i'm cranking up the speed the treadmill dies. okay... so i try it again, and it died, again. So I looked around for another treadmill and of course they were all being used! I was so frustrated that i made a big no-no. Instead of chosing another workout plan, i went home. DOH! Not a good choice. So I havent worked out once this week and its already Wednesday! but i am going tonight dammit, and i'm going to work my ass off!!!
Foodwise i've been good. We got some strawberry frozen yogurt at the store this weekend with only 100 calories per serving, top it with some coolwhip and some sliced strawberries and you have the perfect dessert for under 150 calories. Its my new favorite thing :)
