Hanging off the wagon and struggling to pull myself back up. Same ol', same ol'. I've allowed my life to get in the way of my new lifestyle. This continues to be where the emotional part of me wants to excuse my choices, justify, and be easy on myself. This where pushing on to success meets you're not important enough. Where outside distractions become the excuse for bad behavior. Where I want to give up. Where I settle. Where I say this is good enough, even though I can predict I will be back to where I started in no time. I need some serious me time. Even if it is only an hour or two to get myself together. Make a plan, commit to the plan,but mostly WORK the plan. This is the test. This is life. The curveballs will be there.
Please folks unbuckle your seatbelts, raise the harness, wave your hands, and don't stay seated during this ride get MOVING.
