Well, I started my new life style change today. Off to a good start, low carbs today and 60min. of exercise today. Ohh, and I'm taking vitamins again. Hope to keep it up! Tired of feeling tired and sluggish. Want to feel good about myself again. Don't like what I see in the mirror. Good luck girl!
