Another rough Sunday at the bar to watch the NFL playoffs. Boneless wings followed by a buffalo chicken wrap added up to a lot of calories yesterday. Luckily that will be my last weekend away from my house because the Jets, a team I despise, lost. Now I can enjoy watching football from the comforts of my living room again because my wife will not want to watch anymore football after her team lost. Back to the grind at work today and back to seriously concentrating on this diet. 10 lbs down, 20+ more to go.
