I have hit my top weight ever! I'm back on program, and starting a steady exercise routine. Hope to be making progress by remaining committed!!!! I have not been leading a healthy lifestyle for quite a few months-told myself it was OK with me. LIAR LIAR


So I have made a February resolution. I know I can do this! I must do this for both my physical and mental well-being. I hardly recognize the person I have become, the "do not care what I eat or what I don't do person.

You can do it Susie! I've been there. I let myself lost total control over the holidays, and had a 20 lb gain over like 3 months. Insane! But I am back and really determined this time. So, if I can do it, I know you can too! :)
