What a wonderful day it is. The scale this morning showed 217.5 which is a 1.5 pound drop since yesterday. It had to be the pepper soup that I had for dinner, that and the H2O, and keeping kcal below 1,500. So more of the same today, starting with a vegy omelet for breakfast and then on to the H2O.
