Just crawled out of bed and made myself a cup of tea! ;-) I love sleeping in.

Dropped a pound yesterday according to the scale, but at this point I don't think too much about it as the cloths are fitting better, so I know I am doing the right thing. If it takes three months, or four months to get to my goal weight, I am fine with that. I know I look good enough compared with the "average American" (the "average" woman in the US is 5'4" and a size 14), but I don't look good enough for me. Sometime next month once I get the OK from the doc and physiotherapist, I will start doing weight training again and I know the fat will just melt off, not to mention at that point I can, and will have to, eat so much that the guys become afraid of me! ;-) The timing will be perfect; the resolutionist will be mostly gone from the gym as they usually last only 6 to 8 weeks and everything will be back to normal.

Now if I could only get some spring skiing in ...

Right now I am dreading the next couple weeks, Have to go to an Indian reservation and do some work. I know from experience there is very little healthy food available. I hope there is at least a Subway within a 25 mile radius as the "under 350 calories" sandwiches are my go to when I get stuck in situations like this. It is also bloody cold there. Wonder how many calories I burn to stay warm? ;-)

Going to enjoy my weekend and not worry too much about it.
