Hi again - not that anyone is reading or listening...
I've been neglecting writing as I'm at a weight standstill - my weight hasn't changed in over one month. Maybe it's because I've approached that last 10 lb mark. Who knows.
Regardless, I'm maintaining my lifestyle goals and exercise at least one hour each day: weights, running, other cardio, yoga, etc. Gotta keep it new, especially when living in a damn cold Canadian climate. It's -40 here right now!
I still allow my indulgences - lime margaritas every two weeks. We call it Margaritaville and we gas up and sit down to watch Showtime or HBO. That's what's on tonight!
Otherwise, feel pretty damn good. By the way, Merry new Year!
