Today I have been blessed with a lower number on the scale but more importantly a renewed sense of self, what I'm capable of and not. I have let myself get discouraged because I haven't seen the numbers I've wanted but I've worked out faithfully, stepped up my water & fiber, taken my vitamins everyday & watched what I've eaten (even when I've gone over my RDI I know I've made much better choices/decisions than I used to). What's missing...Faith! Faith in God & Faith in myself. It's taken me years to put on this weight, it's not gonna come off like magic. I know this, just was blinded for a moment I think. I celebrate today knowing that my BMI has dropped, as well as my body fat, I've released 46.5 lbs. since November 5th 2010, I'm fitting into my clothes & am able to actually live! Thank You Jesus for taking my blinders off!
