Wow, just looked at yesterday. I was totally stressed out! I woke up this morning and did my 40 minutes of workout on the Wii then got my son ready for school and sent him off. He and my friend did fine yesterday, I was worried about nothing (like usual).
I was mad at myself last night and couldn't sleep (probably all the junk I ate) but I have to let that go and move on. I didn't weigh myself this morning on purpose (scared what it would say).
Today HAS to be a better day!
