Ok so its day 3 of the diet i have been doing really well but have come into work today and there are biscuits (a treat i would normally allow myself) I am finding it really difficult to ignore!!!! I am going to need alot of help and determination to stop myself from caving everytime there is a treat around!!!

you know it's tough when you get surrounded by temptations , take a half of it and save the rest for another day or share it someone.. you can't deprive yourself try it slow and steady good luck . have a healthy week..

aww thanks for the support i did lose to temptation over the weekend it was a friends birthday but back on track this week got a holiday coming up so hopefully wont lose focus this week! :)
