Felt like I had a stomach bug yesterday. I felt very full after eating a few bites of yogurt. I dismissed it and went to work with a warm mug of milk and coffee to tide me over till lunch...I couldn't finish that either. I only had to work a short shift, but the roller-coaster queazies were with me all shift. I ate a half sandwich because I felt weak and dizzy....luckily I did not get sick.... I went home and cancelled babysitting our grandkids....my daughter was looking forward to a date night, but we can do it another time...so I basically lived on ginger ale for the remainder of the day. About 7PM some chicken soup sounded good. After I ate, I slept well all night. Took some tylenol for body pain and feel pretty good today! YAY!
