So my morning is of to a good start..I made a 4 egg omelet packed with veggies and saved half of it for tomorrow...I have my lunch planned out.. tilapia, brown rice and veggies. I have chicken breast cooking on the stove for my chicken tostada dinner. So at least all of that is taken care of.
Did day 4 of the 30 day shred yesterday, and I'm not having to take as many breaks...very happy about that.

I'm also doing the 30 day shred in combination with running and walking. How do you like it? I'm finding it rather challenging myself. Of course, I'm a little older than you at 64, but it gets my heart pumping.

I like it...I've done it in the past and day 3 is always the hardest for me because of being sore from the first days. By the end of it I am always dripping sweat and so happy it's over.... and moving onto the next level the soreness returns again... yes definitely gets the heart pumping.
