I bought a refillable water bottle this weekend. I am going to make an assertive effort to make sure I am getting at least 64oz. everyday. I know I do not hydrate enough. I don't drink much coffee 1-2 cups a week or every two weeks. I drink green tea. I don't drink fruit juices and haven't had a soda in months. I kicked my soda addiction years ago and can drink it in moderation but I do not miss it AT ALL. I will drink my vegetables (V8) but not regularly. I have skim milk with my cereal. But those are all my liquids (not counting liquid egg whites haha). I am definitely light on the water intake. So I am going to increase it.
