Been going over my calories lately and losing more weight. Not sure if I needed more or if it is because I have been drinking more water and less soda. I've been going by the calorie count of "take your weight and multiply by 7 to get the calories you need per day" but by eating about 100 calories more a day, I'm losing faster. I'm also working out more now so I am burning more.
I'm excited too! Let the weight FALL OFF! :)
I just went to lunch and had to buy a belt for my pants that I just bought for New Years Eve!!! :)
