So a week and a half into this “diet”, date I say life change, I can say I’ve started. What have I started? I’ve started by watching what I put in my mouth ( nothing else). That in itself has been a 6 year list journey. This week is attempting to keep my calories below the RDI. I still think it’s too high, but whatever. Still not changing what I’m putting in the ole pie hole. That will be in another week. I need to come to grips with not each just because I wanna, and def not cookies because they’re there. So that’s my journey at the moment.
