I calculated my daily caloric needs(http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm#) to lose about 2 lbs a week. I should be taking in 1,712 cals for fat loss or 1,400 cals for extreme fat loss. And both those numbers seem so high. I've only been eating 1,200-1,000 a day, so maybe eating more will help me lose. I'll just have to wait and see. I've been walking 30-40 mins a day for the last 5 days! I want to make this an everyday thing. And I think it takes like 20 days or something to make it a habit, right?
