Ew I don't even want to think about the amount of dried fruit I've already eaten today. I'm working on a project at work to coat dried fruit with stuff. LOL OK vague. Anyway, my first coating to text has been cocoa. I'm kind of in love with them. Plus it's my TOM so chocolate is FANTASTIC.

Biceps and shoulders day tonight. Looking forward to it. Kind of. Right now I could do about anything with all this sugar in me!

Ooh sugar high...Sounds like you have a fun job LOL! Why is it everyone's TOM this week?! I feel like if you put most of us FS'ers in a room, we'd be rabid for chocolate. Have fun with your workout tonight, happy Friday!!
