Yesterday was a tough day, but today has been much better. I went to the gym first thing with Jen and will hopefully get to go back this evening. I realized something today, I have broken one of my own rules. I said that I'd stop eating out, well I haven't. I have made better choices when going out though, so I guess I can live with it for now. Oh and when you change your eating habits and stop smoking at the same time....IT REALLY SUCKS!

I so agree!! I have few more smokes left and im done to and im on a loosing weigt diet to..Im scared as heck!!!!

I fell asleep crying last night. I was so tired, hungry and wanted to smoke. I'm okay now, but it's tough! You can do it!!

I quit smoking in July and it wasn't easy for a while I did find that I ate more because I was no longer smoking. When I became more active it kind of cancelled out the two. It will get easier, just take it day by day. If there is a hobby you enjoy try to find more time to indulge in it, it will take your mind off things. Also if you eat smaller meals every 3-4 and drink more water you will stay full.

Withdrawal sucks and for you it is a double whammy compulsive overeating and cigarettes. It is soooo okay to cry. Hang in sweetie this will pass. Praying for you.
