After 4 1/2 months I cannot get complacent. I did not put in enough time exercising this week. I did not choose to put the most nutritious food or drink into my body. I cannot get to where I am going if I choose to continue to excuse myself 2 or 3 times a week. I cannot sabotage, I do not feel deprived or hungry when I follow my program. I cannot let outside influences sway my good decision making just to appease them or feel the need to explain or not feel left out. People pleasing is not a good enough excuse. Now that being said I know this is my gain week. It used to be my break even week. However, with my total loss so far my body requires less calories to run my daily functions so I must increase my output of calories. Bottomline - it's time to GET MOVING INTENTIONALLY AND MORE AND FASTER. Otherwise I will lose weight eventually but will look like a squishy blob without any muscle tone.
