Headaches!!! Awful headaches.. Does the diet impact them? I remember when I started the diet, first week I had so strong headaches, that I was up to surrender. Actually I did stop the first phase after 3 days, and went straight to the second phase.

Yes depends on certain dependencies that your body had, many different changes like that can really cause headaches.

Just withdrawing from sugar or caffeine, lots of things can cause it. Ask your doctor about magnesium, it helps. Try to take a multivitamin to help get all the nutrients that you might be missing.

Thanks to Glenn too! You may be right about vitamins. I may need to get some, and also sugar may be the case - Dukan diet allows almost no sugars and fat.
