So I weighed myself yesterday (not a normal day to do so) and saw that I had gained .8 pounds. I decided to push myself through another 20 minutes of working out with my Wii and felt good about it! I know, weight fluctuates daily but seeing that gave me an extra push I needed. I'm gonna get this weight off no matter what! I have been drinking a lot of water lately too and wonder if that's why I had a gain - maybe holding water since my body isn't used to me drinking any water at all?

Also stressed out like usual - that's why I work out with the Biggest Loser on the Wii because they have a boxing workout and I get some frustration out with the punching and kicking. I've been stretching so I'm not hurting at all. I'm also not sweating as much as I used to which is strange. Not sure if it's because I have a fan on or if I don't have enough moisture inside to sweat it out. I want to sweat because I feel like I'm burning more calories when I do.

I have done without energy drinks since Saturday. Yesterday, I had the day off for doctors appointments and couldn't wake up, my son was almost late to school, I was late picking him up for his doctor appointment, and almost late picking him up after school (but that's because I was working out). Today, I had to go to work and almost fell back asleep so I broke down and bought an energy drink. I have been able to eat more food since I stopped drinking them so I'm gonna see how long I can go after today. I made it 5 days the first time, hopefully I won't need another one ever. If I do break down again, it's only 1 drink and I will keep trying and trying until that cycle is broken. I've been enjoying eating more.

Anywho, any help out there about the sweating and water idea? Hope you guys had a great week!
