First day didn't go too well. Woke up at 2am, only to go help myself to another slice of bread and cheese. White bread, to say the least.
I need to stop binge eating. Stop wondering off to the cupboards after meals. HOW? Is the question...
Exercise went well - I really enjoyed it. But yoh, what's it worth if I continue eating the way I do.
I've decided to change my goals a bit - I WILL NOT BINGE EAT! That's my goal until Monday.
