Haven't been able to get on here much--running to the hospital for Mom, errands, daughter's tennis lessons, had a contractor in for an installation yesterday, etc. I'm still eating very unhealthy. Haven't kept track of anything--eating food on the go. I'm going to get back on my routine. It's not worth gaining it all back again! Another busy day today, but tomorrow should be a little easier!

Don't spend too much time worrying about your eating - life will get back to normal soon enough. Get well wishes to your Mom.

It is a constant battle, I will send positive thoughts and prayers for your mom and for strength for you, I am struggling too, it is soooo easy to gain and sooooo hard to lose, have a better week!

It is very hard to stick to eating right when running back and forth to the hospital. I have done the same thing and it gets to the point, you have to eat when you can .. and you just want comfort food, right? Hope Mom is doing better. She is lucky to have you. Hugs!

Don't forget you will be better able to take care of your mom and family if you take care of yourself. You are doing better than me, when I am that busy and running, I usually don't eat at all which is just as bad.
