Day 4 of the whole foods eating plan.

Day 4 of whole unprossed foods, no sugar, no dairy, no gluten, no preservatives.

The detox effect is kicking in today. I woke up at 6 am had no energy in my muscles. I'm exhausted and feel like I need to go back to bed. I have only been awake for 1.5 hours and I feel finished.


Edit: I had this brain wave to eat something although I wasn't hungry. I slept for 30 min and feel a lot better.

I think I had low blood sugar.
