I am NOT going to gain again this week. Now ay ..I am reading through the Dr.Phil book again today, and I am going to stick to this like glue. I go to the docs again on friday..I better have lost something....gawd. this whole bout with sickness really fucked up my system.. no more. I am done.. healthy... you hear me ... healthy. its time. that is all.
