Posted a New Year's photo so I can have a "before." It's a bit deceiving because I'm all in black. I have another full-length photo so if I can figure out how to post another photo, I will post that as well.
This week has been ok so far. I've been keeping a fairly low calorie diet, but yesterday I got soooo hungry I just had to give in and have some sunflower seeds and champagne, lol. My husband played golf yesterday and came home early--it just threw me off my whole routine. I did manage to cook a healthy dinner of beef stroganoff with whole wheat noodles and peas. Today I plan to stick to 1300-1400 calories. I have a little over two weeks before shorts, and possibly a bathing suit? I tried on some summer clothes yesterday and they fit pretty well, but would sure like 5 or more pounds off so I can be more comfortable. Will try to work out more today. I've been fairly busy this week with plans for vacation, but haven't much to do today.
