Eat? - hmmmm....Most people eat 3 meals a day, but sometimes it's better to eat 5 small meals/snacks.
Everyone I know says take a multivitamin....I often forget mine.

The zone has some new greek yogurt (16 grams protein for one cup) at Walmart. I like their bars too. But there are lot's of ways to get protein. Do some googling for a list of protein sources. If you don't eat meat, beans, soy, eggs, protein powder added to smoothies and other foods. You can get plain ones so you can't taste it. Cheese and Greek yogurt are both good sources.
