Today Im 9 stone 10and 1/2 pound yesterday I weighed 9 stone 13 and 1/4! I did about three hours house work walked to next village and back (very brisk walk with a mate!) then put the xmas tree in the attic! I m feeling good about myself I ve not deprived myself of my sweet treat niether! and working singing and dancing last night really helped tomorrow Im going to have a steam in my steam tent!and coldish shower to follow!
