I get this sweet craving lately! I have an idea though. 3 butterscotch candies are a total of 70 calories. They are so sweet I can usually eat 1, maybe 2 tops so wouldn't that be a good sweet craving stopper?

If you can really stop after 1 or 2 then I guess it won't hurt. But why not explore alternatives? A whole cup of sliced strawberries is only 49 calories, a medium banana about 100, an orange about 60, medium apple - 72...not to mention the fiber & other nutrients you'd get from fruit.

I agree but when you are sitting at work, hungry in the afternoon, and there's nothing but JUNK all around you - I would rather pick one butterscotch than the pizza and brownies work got us today! I guess I will have to bring more snacks with me to work. It's frustrating!

The key to that is planning. If there's nothing but junk all around you, that's your own fault for not bringing something which you already know. If I go to the office I'll bring my lunch as well as stuff like string cheese, yogurt, portioned out baggies of nuts, Craisins or some other dried fruit...
