A New Year, a new challenge. Okay, I really need to get on board with this weight loss thing! Things that I am going to do to help reach my goal of 50 lbs gone by 11/11.
1) Record all eating into this journal. 2) I joined a weight loss challenge at work. 3) I joined a Medfit program through my Dr's office. 4) I will join a auxillary gym to suppliement the Medfit program. 5) I will not allow myself to get too hungry. 6) When really craving something, rather than feeling "punished" because I should not eat it, I will work out a little more so that I can, indeed have it, and not feel so guilty!
