I haven't journalled. Nothing much to write about without giving years of indepth history, that I have processed and reprocess every so often. I am really looking forward to a good weigh in tomorrow. I am secretly hoping all my diligence will pay off and I will be down to 200 by my birthday. I also won't feel like a failure if it takes longer. I have been truly living and I like it. I don't want to feel deprived. I feel as if what I am doing I can do the rest of my life. I don't ever want to feel overstuffed and uncomfortable. I am working hard on not being bothered if something is soooo delicious that I can have it another time, I don't have to eat it ALL in one sitting. You know the psychological portion of weight-loss and maintainance. I'll beat this body fat. I'll fight for my life the rest of my life. I'll be amazed when I get to where Inever thought I'd be.
