Went from 204.4 to 203.8 in a day. Not a whole pound, but I'm still happy. I woke up feeling really full again. I'm not sure if it's because of the rice or if my thyroid isn't working right. It could be that I'm really sick--heavy cold and sore throat. Life is moving forward as my weight is moving backwards--LOL. Going to work, put on my happy face and fight this cold! I can't wait to get down to 190--a little away from the 200 zone. That will take a little while, but it's a goal! Trying to drink more water. Had 48 ouz on Monday, only 36 yesterday. I really do need to work on that.

I am out of the 190's today so I understand the anticipation of finally going down a level in weight. It feels great. Keep up the good work. I too struggle with drinking enough water. Honestly at work I have no time to myself, not even my lunchtime as I am writing my notes then. I am sooo focused on my work that I don't even think about what I need. I really need to change my focus. Feel better soon!

Thanks Gabbie. It's been hectic here at work, but I love that. It makes the day go by faster. I actually forgot to eat breakfast today--so busy. I managed one 12 glass of water and I'm hoping to pick up on that this afternoon. I am so happy for you! Down a level--that is awesome! I can't wait until I can type that!

Drink lots of bouillon. It is diet friendly, satisfy the appitite, and will nourish your cold. Keep it up. 199 is right around the corner. ☆

Check out Dr Oz Rapid Weight Loss Plan (notice he doesn't call it a diet) on his website. It's super healthy and has a great veggie broth recipe. One day at a time will get you to your goal!!!!

Thickgurl--I have to watch my sodium. Does Bouillon have a lot sodium? I'm thinking of making some peppermint tea tonight. I've only gotten 36 ounces of water in today. I really need to increase that.

Char--Thanks. I am determined. I can't wait to get down a full level and to get into another size. I know that will take a while because my pants were pretty darn tight--LOL.

Vegan--I've never heard of veggie broth. I will definitely check that out. I love Dr. Oz and all of his tips. I like his "Sassy Water."

TK--yes we are! I am determined. I'm not going to get down if I don't lose as fast as I expect or if the scale stays the same for a day. I know what I'm eating and know that I'm headed in the right direction. It's going to take time. I"m hoping to see a difference by summer, but realistically know it will take a year to lose a large amount.

You have some impressive weight loss at a fast rate. I, too have been sick but the weather has been crazy cold lately with the polar front. However, it is suppose to start warming up a bit and I'm curious to see if that helps at all. BTW, I love peppermint tea! I'm sipping some now. I find it is a great way to stay warm and also get my water intake where it should be each day. I don't add anything to it- I just like the taste on its own. Sounds like you have a wonderful support system at home. Keep up the positivity and hard work. It will pay off! Hugs! Jin
