Having one of those days where I would rather drink a bunch of coffee or water or something instead of eating. Feeling really low today and can't seem to crawl out of the funk I'm in...

Missy, make sure you eat just enough to get your nutrients. Even if you have to force yourself. Here is something my therapist told me that helps when I'm in a funk. "Action before Motivation". Do something, ANYTHING! If you still feel like laying around drinking coffee and water then do it. I've also created a motivation cup. It's full of craft sticks with things to do on them. When I don't feel like doing anything I pull a stick and just do it. Some are as simple as clean a mirror. Some are exercises. Try putting things you know you need to do or eat on them. ACTION BEFORE MOTIVATION!!!

geez, I wish I was craving water over...oh, say, those chocolate chip cookies out on the counter? Or the bags of pizzelles left over from the holidays??? You GO girl, your cravings are a GOOD thing! ;)

I'm cleaning my house with small sit down breaks. I have serious back issues which flare up even from simple sweeping (makes working out really tough) But I got most of my house swept up...hardwood floors through the whole thing and a new puppy eating everything in sight, even shoes and toys :( Now I'm onto dishes which is a very difficult task for me because of all the standing but it needs done. Still haven't ate except for a couple string cheese...

Could be the dreary cold of winter - kicks me when I'm down every time. Come on spring!

It definitely needs to hurry I hate being cold, my body physically can't stand it.
