Well I had a pretty good weekend. Did alot of walking at the mall and shopping. Had a Fajita Trio at Chili's without the shells thinking I was staying on track. Must have been some hidden carbs in there somewhere cuz I gained two pounds :) Got it back off Sunday though and Im back on track for this week.

Tons of sodium when you eat out, whether you eat carbs or not. Just drink some extra water and you'll be fine in a couple of days.
