I am really excited to get this journey started to better health. I am 22 years old and feel like 100. I hope this will help me realize what I am eating/as opposed to what I am working off.

Lots of fast food. There is a book called calorie king that has all the major fast food chains menus in it and the calories and such abou different foods in it. Its a great tool when your trying to find something to fit your meal needs. I need to find my copy and put it back in my car. M y go-to fast food meal is arbys roast beef sandwich, apple slices and water. :)

Oh my goodness, I know it was a horrible day! I woke up late and wasn't able to make lunch/pack dinner for work so I did the quickest thing, which is sysnonomous with nutritional void. I really try to eat "ok" for me options but I am not really trying that hard, which is the thing. NOW it is going to stop! Ahhhh so much to do, but will be so worth it. Thank you for the support Kendrake!

Your welcome!! We all have days like that. But if you have 2 or 3 go to 'fast food' meals planned ahead of time. It makes it easier to decide. :) just push throug it and don't let it get you down! You can do this!!
