ok since thursday, i have done a horrible job of charting anything on here,thursday was the work christmas party, friday was left overs from the office party and christmas eve, saturday was christmas and today was left over from christmas so ummm my eating , excersing and charting has well sucked so here i go again restarting now :-) 235am on monday!
