Dinner at the Drake for my husband's yearly kick-off for work. So upscale. Did horrible as far as staying within my calories, so much hidden fats. Well balanced meal, though. And today is our family Christmas with my in-laws. Like midwest soul food day, haha. Nothing good to eat for me. Tomorrow I get back on track. As well as trading naps for walks on the treadmill. I can beat this setback. I weighed in on my Sunday weigh in up two pounds. The holidays finally caught up to me. I can't wait to get back towork tomorrow and back to my regular routine.
