I didn't really eat a cup of sugar and a cup of oil yesterday, but I did eat some english toffee and brie and goat cheese and fruit and pasta salad and spinach dip and champagne and and and so I just wanted the reminder. I didn't fill up to an uncomfortable feeling and I paced but it was also late. Bottom line after Sunday the holiday get-togethers are OVER!!! YAHOOO
