I finally reached ONE-derland! The last few weeks I hovered above this--so frustrating I was beginning to think it would never happen. The weight history line graph is so helpful as I can see my "pattern" of weight loss. I hit these plateaus and as long as I stick to what I am doing I eventually resume that downward pattern. Now to get through the Christmas holiday! I love to bake for my family so it will be hard to not OVER-indulge but going to keep my eye on the prize--healthy body, mind and soul... Good luck to us all!

HEY HEY!!! I'm so sorry I missed this one the other day. I read it, and I meant to say something, but I must have missed it later. WTG!!! That is amazing! You must feel FANTASTIC!!! Yeh, fresh-baked stuff smells so wonderful, it is hard not to grab a bite. But remember, ONE-DERLAND is better than wonderful smelling baked goods! LOL. Awesome work, GTM! Congratulations!
