Really struggling right now to get back on task. Had an off weekend and just cant seem to get back in the game. I packed my lunch today with only no carb foods. I need to start recording my foods again. I know that plays a big part in it. I haven't weighed in for almost a week because I know there will be a gain. I am going to force myself to get on that scale tomorrow morning and record it on here. I will start recording all of my food again as well. Gotta get on track. The holidays can not be an excuse for this!
