Would you like some fat with your fat? I should have filled my belly with healthy food before going to my sister's for game night. It's typical snacking. I tried not to eat if others weren't since no one else there struggles with their weight. They struggle with the beer, wine and cigarettes. We all have our vices. It was hard. I realize how different I am. And how snack foods are so chock full of FAT. I am not beating myself up. I did all right. I'm not sure I would have done much better on a full stomach since I was there 8 hours but coulda shoulda woulda...I'll be more diligent tomorrow. I want to reach my goals they are more important to me than the food. But I will be faced with these real life situations and I will have to make wise choices. And I can. Eyes on the prize.
