Just feeling like a general dope. I ranged my calories from 1200 to about 1,300. In reality I probably don't want to restrict myself so tightly to 1,200. So right now just thinking about what I am eating. I have to admit not the most healthy things but still. Mostly it is what I drink.

So my calorie intake if i wanted to stay where I am is 1,944 calories. However, I want to at least take a pound off. So I guess take 500 off of that to lose 1 lb per week.

If anyone see's this and can or cares to help please. I am by far no expert and mostly I am just feeling my way around this area.
